Manuel Reboredo

Manuel Reboredo has over 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and public / non-profit accounting. He has a bachelor degree in accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a master degree in Professional Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Prior to joining the firm he worked at KARL STORZ Endoscopy in the Latin America division with extensive experience in full cycle corporate accounting, financial reporting, implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Master Data Governance (MDG) and Data Harmonization Project for financial reporting. He also was an administrator for the KARL STORZ North America Business Continuity program. He also worked as an Accounting Manager at CMI Ship Management oversaw the accounting of over 6 vessels and CMI Headquarters.

At our firm he started the accounting and consulting department five years ago. As a Public Accounting Manager, oversees a team of skilled professionals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. He has demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial portfolios for diverse clients, including individuals, small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Armando Aburto

Armando J. Aburto, CPA, brings over a decade of experience in not-for-profit and public accounting as an Audit Manager. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and a CPA license, he ensures compliance and financial integrity. Armando is a member of the FICPA, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and professional growth.

Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva brings over 9 years of dedicated service as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to our firm, exemplifying an unwavering commitment to excellence and extensive expertise across various industries. His invaluable contributions have firmly established him as a cornerstone of our team.

 

Throughout his tenure, Pedro has built a professional portfolio that encompasses assurance and advisory services, with a specialized focus on conducting both financial statement audits and reviews. His experience includes auditing a diverse range of organizations, including nonprofits, franchises, mortgage lenders, and car washes and distributors. Additionally, Pedro has completed financial statement audits for homeowners associations and retirement plan audits for the Department of Labor. His adeptness in these areas significantly enhances his ability to provide comprehensive financial guidance and support to clients across diverse sectors.

 

As a proud graduate of Florida International University, Pedro diligently pursued and obtained his CPA licensure in Florida in 2021, reflecting his dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry advancements. Michael Vildosola

Michael Vildosola is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over five years of dedicated service at our firm. With a profound commitment to excellence and a wealth of experience across various industries, Michael Vildosola has become an invaluable asset to our team.

 

Throughout Michael's tenure, he has developed expertise in several key industries, including franchisees, money service businesses, non-profits, and private and charter schools. Michael is a proud graduate of Florida State University. Upon completing his education, Michael diligently pursued licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, achieving this milestone in 2020. Belinda Respall

Belinda Respall, MBA brings more than 17 years of accounting and tax experience to her role as Tax Manager in the firm.
Over the years, she has dedicated her professionalism and tax knowledge to assist multiple clients from a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, and consumer products with a focus on real estate.

Belinda has extensive knowledge assisting clients with tax compliance, consulting, and multi-state compliance. Being fluent in Spanish has been an advantage for her to maintain communication with international clients seeking our professional services.

She specializes in partnership and high net worth individual taxation. Belinda is committed to delivering tax and accounting services that meet each client’s unique objectives.

Gustavo Navarro

Gustavo “Gus” Navarro is a Tax Manager at the firm. Gus brings more than 20 years of experience in the non-for-profit sector of tax and public accounting. Gus received his BS in Accounting from Barry University and his Master of Taxation from Nova Southeastern University.


Gus’ expertise lies in his comprehensive understanding of the unique tax considerations that affect nonprofit organizations. As a tax professional, Gus assists a wide variety of clients in managing and understanding the tax compliance aspects of not for profit organizations. He also handles accounting and tax preparation services for partnerships, corporations, S corporations
and individuals from a wide range of industries.

 

Gus is an experienced tax preparer and accountant with a strong background in non-for-profits. He keeps it a priority to stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide timely and accurate advice to clients. Through his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, Gus has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the nonprofit sector. Whether assisting with annual tax filings, conducting audits, or offering strategic financial guidance, Gus is dedicated to helping nonprofits thrive in a complex regulatory environment.

Viviana Bruno

Viviana Bruno, CPA, has been an accounting professional serving in the field of accounting and auditing since 2005.  She gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and management roles for a variety of companies and CPA firms.  Viviana is currently an Audit Manager at Verdeja and Alvarez LLP, with a specialization in Pension Plan audits and audits of Non-Profit organizations, including private schools amongst others.

Viviana earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU) and furthered her education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration from, Nova Southeastern University.  She was licensed as a CPA in 2010.

In addition to her professional achievements, Viviana is also actively involved in the accounting community. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and serves on the Finance Committee for Saint John Neumann Catholic School in Miami.
