Lisset earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Florida International University (FIU), and furthered her education by earning a Master of Science in Taxation from the same esteemed institution. She culminated her academic pursuits by obtaining her CPA license from the Florida Board of Accountancy in 2002.

Currently, she serves as a Tax Director for Verdeja and Alvarez, LLP. Cristy Rubio, CPA, has been a dedicated professional in the field of accounting and taxation since 2009. Currently serving as a Tax Director at Verdeja and Alvarez LLP since 2019, Cristy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, specializing in both domestic and international tax compliance, planning, and consulting services.
Cristy earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), where she developed a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master's degree in Taxation, also from FIU, enhancing her knowledge and skills in the intricacies of tax law and regulations.

Licensed as a CPA since 2011, Cristy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence. She has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, providing clients with strategic tax solutions tailored to their specific needs. Her comprehensive understanding of tax codes and regulations allows her to navigate complex tax issues with ease, ensuring compliance while maximizing tax efficiency for her clients.

Michelle Del Sol
Michelle del Sol is an Audit Director at the firm where she provides audit, consulting and advisory services. With approximately 20 years of public accounting experience, Michelle has provided audit services to multiple industries, which include banking, broadcasting and production, construction, entertainment, manufacturing, not-for-profit and wholesale and distribution. Michelle has also assisted both private and publicly-traded companies in a consulting capacity in the area of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, mapping out processes, identifying and recommending key points of controls and potential efficiency enhancement opportunities. Michelle is knowledgeable in the area of business valuation and also provides estimate of value advisory services.
Michelle’s alma mater is Florida International University (FIU), where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Accounting and obtained a Master of Science in Taxation. Michelle began her career at Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra (MBAF) in 2006, where she worked approximately 7 years. She has been with the firm since 2017 and serves instrumental in the area of research, training and technical development of the audit department.
Michelle has served as Secretary on the board of Parent to Parent of Miami, Inc. and currently sits on the United Way Audit Agency Board. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Randy Borges
Randy Borges is an IT Risk Advisory Director at the firm where he provides consulting and advisory services. With over 20 years of IT experience Randy has served in multiple roles across a range of industries such as banking, healthcare and academia. During his time in at Intercredit Bank he was at the forefront of technological revolutions such as the creation and implementation of Online Banking. He gained a deep understanding of banking operations along with associated business risks. While working for the University of Miami, Randy led several key implementations of Service Now in Healthcare and Academia. During his time with the University of Miami he was responsible for the review and approval of all initiatives that could potentially impact the entities strategic objectives. Earlier in his career at Baptist Health of South Florda, he was recognized as an expert in device management over fetal care. He led enterprise wide deployments of critical life infrastructure during his tenure in healthcare. While working in Big 4 for EY he was provided audit services for Aerospace & Defense, Media & Entertainment and Human Capital Management companies. Additionally, Randy has also assisted private entities in a consulting capacity in the area of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, mapping out processes, identifying and recommending key points of controls and potential efficiency enhancement opportunities.
Randy attended the business school at Florida International University where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. For his graduate studies, he obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Randy currently holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) for ISACA.
Randy is able to blend the complex worlds of accounting and IT into an understandable language. Keeping the clients interest at the center, he wants to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.
